Part Time to include working Saturday's.
 
We require property viewers to show potential buyers / renters around properties to help successfully sell and let a targeted number of properties. You are also expected to promote our ancillary services.
Your Key Objectives will be to generate potential valuation, viewing, financial services and legal appointments; follow up business leads; and achieve minimum levels of business targets.
 
We expect you to have a customer service and sales background, preferably in an Estate Agency. You should be target and business orientated and have the ability to negotiate with a broad range of clients
 
Whilst the hours are not guaranteed we anticipate that you will work approximately 15 - 20 hours per week.

A full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle is essential for this role.

Property Management Co-ordinator

Due to the growth of the Lettings Division, an opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about property with a keen eye for detail. A friendly, confident and outgoing personality is crucial. Lettings experience is preferred but not essential.

You must have a good level of administration, customer service and telephone skills.
 
Strong ability to multi task, work under pressure and keep to deadlines is imperative. The role of a sales progressor is to manage the SSTC files. Liaise with solicitors, lenders, purchasers, buyers and other estate agents to assist, influence and update all parties throughout the sale/purchase of our SSTC properties.
 
You must have a good command of the complexity of survey issues, client issues and legal issues. You will work both independently and as part of a team with targets set for completions which are expected of both the company and client.

Due to the growth of the Lettings Division, an opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is a competent administrator. A friendly, confident and outgoing personality is crucial along with a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will have good numerical skills, be computer literate, with an excellent telephone manner and first class communication skills.

Purpose:

To support and develop the Lettings function across the Group by communicating with Contractors, Landlords and Tenants.
 
The successful candidate will be a competent and thorough administrator who can demonstrate a stable working background. Previous experience in working in Lettings Accounts is ideal, however, candidates with a strong administrative background will definitely be considered.
 

Your duties will include:-

• Processing large amounts of incoming and outgoing payments, including BACS payments, card and cheque payments.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Creating legal documents, relating to tenancies.
• Processing contractor invoices.
• Assisting with HMRC returns.
• Dealing with account queries.

Experience / Qualifications

You should be confident to work on your own, when required, as well as part of a team.
