Darren Robinson (Branch Manager)

The Lancaster team is headed by our Branch Manager, Darren Robinson. Darren has more than 20 years’ experience, and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch, and will visit you in your homes to carry out a full Market Appraisal, and advise you on how to achieve the best price for your property.

Angela is responsible for the smooth running of the office in the Branch Manager’s absence, and will manage a large number of our sales through to a successful conclusion, whilst overseeing and assisting the other negotiators. Angela has many years’ experience in the Lancaster property market, and is a well-known face with a wealth of local knowledge and experience.

Bonnie McClements (Sales Negotiator)

Bonnie has always lived in the Lancaster area, and has been an estate agent locally for approximately 10 years. During this time, Bonnie has gained a huge amount of experience, and vendors and purchasers alike can rest assured that if Bonnie is your assigned negotiator, the sales process will be a smooth and stress-free experience.

Jodie-Lynn Prescott (Lettings Negotiator)

Jodie is likely to be the first person you meet as a landlord thinking of renting your home, and the last person you see as a tenant when collecting the keys and moving into your new home. As a landlord, Jodie will value your property and advise on the Let Only and Management Services we offer and when, on the market, will keep you informed on a regular basis of the activity and application progress before passing the file on to our Property Management Team.

A recent member of the Lancaster team, Eric is a well-known person locally, having 16 years’ experience in the local property market, 10 years of which have been in the Lettings and Property Management area. Eric will carry out our sales and lettings viewing, and you are likely to meet him when searching for your new home.
