Lytham St. Annes is located in the Fylde district of Lancashire. The area also known as St Annes is essentially two neighbourhoods, Lytham and St Annes on the Sea. St Annes has a beautiful beach coastline on the Irish Sea, while Lytham views the Ribble Estuary. In 2007 Lytham was voted third best town in the world to live with a population under 20,000, in the LivCom awards. The most popular draw has to be St Annes Pier which was created in 1885 by Lord Stanley. This area is quite historic with residency dating back to the Bronze Age. It is said the Vikings resided in the area in and around 900AD. Many buildings and areas are popular draws for history buffs and explorers.

Our St Annes branch is situated just off St Annes square in the town centre and is surrounded by many other agents, bars and restaurants.  The branch has properties available from the South side of Blackpool and the Airport through to the more popular area of Lytham and the sea front.  The area has a mixture of various properties, the majority of which tend to be leasehold, and stem from converted and purpose built apartments perfect for "nest egg'ers", up to the 'millionaires row' style properties, many of which are occupied by well known celebrities and footballers.

Property prices range from the first time buyer bracket right through to the upper scale and indeed the area does attract both investors and older clientle, for whom the area represents a retirement haven.  The area also boasts the world renowned Royal Lytham Golf Course which has hosted many major golf tournaments including the British Open, held in Lytham in 2012 (call us for short term tournament rents).
