Areas: Morecambe (Full Time), Preston (Full Time or Part Time), Blackpool (Full Time or Part Time), St. Annes (Full Time or Part Time),  Penwortham (Full Time or Part Time).

  To successfully sell a targeted number of properties and ancillary services

Senior Web Developer
Full Time
Areas: Lancaster

• Overview
  

  You will be working with the latest technologies to create web applications for their multi-branch network. Reporting to the Development Team Leader, you will be expected to lead the development of some of the exciting and varied projects.

You will have full involvement in the development lifecycle and to offer advise on the best technical approach. If you feel that you have the ambition, ability and creativity to turn concepts into tools that make a difference then this is the role for you.

The role is within their successful IT Development department based in their City Centre office.

• Experience / Qualifications
  

  Minimum three year's commercial experience of multi-tier web development with C#, ASP.NET, SQL, HTML, Javascript, SilverLight.

  Preference will be given to candidates with working experience of the Agile methodology and hothouse prototyping; a technical education; a willingness to knowledge-share with the team, and a desire to commercially apply the latest technologies.
