Auction Sales Co-ordinator - no current vacancies, consider our talent pool

Full Time/ Part Time (flexible hours) including Saturdays

  • Purpose
    To successfully sell properties and ancillary auction services.
  • Key Objectives
    Generate new business through property valuations, property viewings, promotion of financial services and legal appointments
    Successfully follow up business leads
    Provide desktop valuations on North West property 
    Ensure property sale reaches completion
    Achieve beyond-target levels of business 
  • Experience / Qualifications
    High energy, motivated and entrepreneurial property professional, previous experience of the North West property market is an advantage.
    Customer service and sales background, with first class communication skills.
    Target and business results orientated.
    Ability to think on your feet and react to situations, ensuring a positive result.
    Ability to negotiate with a broad range of clients.
    A full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle is essential.

  • Purpose
    To support &develop the Lettings function within a region by communicating with contractors, dealing with Landlords and Tenants.

 

  • Key Objectives
    Develop and grow the current Lettings stock
    Process tenant application forms
    Proactively deal with issues that are raised by landlords and tenants.
    Commission local contractors to resolve issues and following up to ensure completion.
    Being the point of contact for landlords and tenants for Property Management.

 

  • Experience / Qualifications
    Previous experience in property management is ideal, however, candidates with a strong sales and/or administrative background will definitely be considered.
    First class communication skills.
    Excellent telephone manner.
    The successful candidate will be a competent and thorough administrator.
    Computer knowledge essential.
    A full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle is essential.
