Farrell Heyworth began life in 1991 at a challenging time for the UK property market.   Setting out as a small, Lancaster and Morecambe-based operation, the company has followed a unique path of development and expansion to emerge as one of the most successful and well-respected estate agency chains in the country, with a branch network that now stretches from Barrow in Furness down the M6 Corridor to Greater Manchester, the Fylde Coast and Merseyside.  The directors who steered the company to success are still at the helm and retain a hands-on approach to the day to day running of what remains a family owned, independent business.   

Central to the Farrell Heyworth success story is our customer-focused approach.  Our dedication to ever increasing levels of customer service has earned us a reputation as one of the UK’s most forward thinking and innovative organisations in the property services sector. So much so that in 1996 Farrell Heyworth was named Best Independent Estate Agency by the Homesale Network, an accolade designed to recognise outstanding levels of business performance and of quality service.

Today, the Group employs a 400-strong workforce and offers a comprehensive portfolio of associated services that include professional surveys, conveyancing, financial services, property management and overseas property sales; our standing is such that jobs with the company are always in demand.
