Instead, use neutral colours when it comes to carpet, curtains, or wall decorations. Remember, the goal is to capture their imagination as to how they can decorate the property and intense colour may inhibit this ability.

Those with furnished rental properties will want to be sure that they are equipped with durable furniture. Tables should be protected with glass or other coverings, and if you’re seeking corporate letters, you’ll want to be sure that everything is complete in terms of facilities. The bathrooms and kitchens must be fully stocked with utensils.
