Having a network of 8 lettings branches that are housed with their 34 branch estate agents, thus ensuring that all properties receive maximum exposure as early as possible within their nearest areas. The offices work together to ensure that all applicants registered are made aware of new properties as quickly as possible.

The lettings team have members qualified in the various legislation and acts that affect and protect both landlord and tenant.

We are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), a government recognised professional & regulatory body solely concerned with lettings that also provides members with advice on changes in legislation. Landlords using an ARLA agent can be ensured that they are receiving the best and latest advice on all lettings matters.

We have been an ARLA member since 1999. We have ARLA qualified staff holding the certificate of Competency for 2000. We have staff who have passed the Certificate in Residential Lettings and Management

We offer two levels of service to accommodate the differing needs of clients ranging from a let only service for the investor landlord to the full management service for those wanting complete peace of mind. The full management service ensures that every aspect of the letting is dealt with efficiently and cost effectively on the landlords behalf.

We also offer rent and legal protection insurance as well as insurance cover for tenants to cover their contents, personal possessions as well as their liabilities towards the landlord's contents, fixtures and fittings.
