We recommend: A full professional valuation. Often referred to as a market appraisal, one of our professional branch teams will conduct a virtual valuation or in some instances visit your home, where they will conduct a full review of the properties style, age, features and more.
They will then combine this with their knowledge of a number of other factors including; recently sold properties in your area, similar properties currently on the market, buyers in our database looking for a property like yours and their in-depth local property market knowledge, to arrive at an appropriate sale price.

What happens next?
This is entirely up to you. If you are ready to instruct us while we are at your property during the home visit our team will have your paperwork ready to sign and may even be able to start measuring your property and taking photographs. Ideally, we would then start marketing your property within days.
