We recommend: A home visit. Often referred to as a market appraisal, one of our professional branch teams will visit your home, ideally with yourself, where they will conduct a full review of the properties style, age, features and more.
They will then combine this with their knowledge of a number of other factors including; recently sold properties in your area, similar properties currently on the market, buyers in our database looking for a property like yours and their in-depth local property market knowledge, to arrive at an appropriate sale price.
This is entirely up to you. If you are ready to instruct us while we are at your property during the home visit our team will have your paperwork ready to sign and may even be able to start measuring your property and taking photographs. Ideally, we would then start marketing your property within days.
If you’d like to take a little longer to make your decision we’ll keep in touch with regular updates about the property market, via email, so you can stay informed and begin selling whenever you are ready.
