How do I begin?
I would like to invest in a buy-to-let property.
Our in-branch sales teams work closely with their colleagues in lettings to identify properties which would be suitable for letting. They will be able to advise you on properties with features and locations which we know will be suitable for tenants and in some case for which we already have tenants in waiting.

I have a property to let
Our skilled lettings team would be delighted to provide a lettings appraisal of your property. Ideally, they would visit the property with yourself get a complete view of both the property itself and what you are hoping to achieve from your investment. They will then provide you with a likely rental value of the property.
What happens next?
This is entirely up to you. If you are ready to instruct us while we are at your property during the home visit our team will have your paperwork ready to sign and may even be able to start measuring your property and taking photographs. Ideally, we would then start marketing your property within days.
If you’d like to take a little longer to make your decision we’ll keep in touch with regular updates about the property market, via email, so you can stay informed and begin selling whenever you are ready.

Fully Managed - Our expert team will find the right tenant for your property and manage all legal, financial and maintenance matters throughout the tenancy. Making letting as simple and convenient as possible for you.
Let-only - Our expert team will find you the right tenant leaving you in place to manage the financial, legal and maintenance matters from there.
